If you smile when no one else is around, you really mean it. ~Andy Rooney
I haven't done this for several days, due to feeling ill and too tired to do too much. I'm okay, and am using this "down time" to re-evaluate the month that is ending and meditating on those things that I am smiling and grateful for from the past few weeks. By the way, it is a nice practise to review each month, as you would at the end of a year. There is an energy in each month, partly seasonal, partly to do with the energy found in numbers (Numerology). Each month will have different energy and therefore have a different focus. Reviewing each month gives us a chance to see who we have been and who we are becoming.
1. I am so very grateful that I have found some (potential) answers to my health issues! This has to do with Food Additive Allergies, and due to an allergic reaction last week I have discovered that my body is struggling when I eat foods with certain additives or enzymes in them. WOW!!!
2. I am continuting to be extremely grateful for my husband and his love and energy. He is truly the man I always wanted to be with (though at times I didn't know it).
3. I am humbly grateful for the opportunities that are coming my way!!! This month has been a refresher course of the Law of Attraction, and has reinstated my intentions and continues opening my mind to those possibilities!!!
When the student is ready.... ;-)

Microwaves, Movie Maker, and Mud Puddles!
What a fun day! It was rainy and muddy but my son and I managed to make the most of it...
1. Today I am grateful that we now own a microwave oven. We tried to live without one (thought life would be simpler without one less gadget), but we realized that there is a good reason why most people have them! I don't know what I was thinking about before, but I'm grateful to have one back in our lives.
2. I have been spending time getting to know the Movie Maker program on our computer, making videos for YouTube, first for family, now for the whole world! I had a blast today while my son was at pre-school, making a new video for the "100 Day Reality Challenge," which has a group on YouTube and also on the website: www.cocreatingourreality.com. I LOVE editing videos, which I used to do in my 20's for community TV.
3. After pre-school we walked home in our rubber wellies and had a really good stomping, splashing, slip-sloppy time in the mud puddles. I am grateful that I took the time and let my son get messy: he had so much fun and it was lovely to watch.
That's it, time for bed!

Intention, Internet, Ice Cream Sundaes...
Sorry, trying to be clever here with three "I's" so the blog isn't so dull!
TODAY I AM GRATEFUL THAT I FEEL THE AMAZING ENERGY INSIDE THAT HAS COME OUT OF FOLLOWING THE POWER OF INTENTION OR THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.
1. I know that Intentions manifest into things, especially when we've taken some action to magnify the energy from our thoughts and feelings. I have seen my marriage blossoming lately, and I know its all down to the way I've shifted my focus. It's made for a much more wonderful Valentine's Day than I've had for awhile!!! My dream man is emerging, and I am SMILING...
2. What can I say, the Internet has changed a lot of lives. Today, I've been able to connect with people I don't know, but can see my Vlog or read my Blogs, and I can read theirs. We're sharing our stories, and the ways the Law of Attraction is working in our lives! I had a lot of chances to smile today because of YouTube!

Another Internet note: I just LOVED having my groceries delivered today after ordering them on the internet (thanks Sainsburys!).
3. We stayed in tonight and had a great take-away and I made homemade Brownie Sundaes. Okay, not so good for my campaign to lose weight, but it felt great eating really good ice cream, fudgey brownies and homemade chocolate sauce. If I'm gonna have a goodie, it's gonna be gooooooooooood! (I had a brisk walk today, I'll do one tomorrow, too).
I hope Valentine's Day gave you reasons to SMILE!

The New Laptop, Birthday Cards, My New Necklace
Birthday today, I am having a good one! I relaxed, played with Colin, and had some great Thai food for dinner with Shaun. If that isnt enough to be grateful for:
1. I am thankful for the new laptop we got, it is so smoooothe to use and pretty and it has all the new bells and whistles. It just makes the writing, reading, blogging, and Vlogging I do a pleasure. Technology is wonderful!
2. Got a pile of birthday cards through the door today, mostly from the USA, makes me smile to know my family always remember me, even though I'm far away.
3. My son made me a beautiful necklace with his huge buttons and also some birthday drawings. He said he wanted to make me a cake, too, but being 4 I said maybe next year ;-).
I'm also grateful for being 38 and being open to learning about life at my age. I things unfolding every day...

Sundays, Sleep, The Secret...
Though I don't intend to post here everyday, I am already finding it easier to think of things that make me SMILE (or the things I am grateful for).
1. Sundays are great!!! I love having a day of rest, though ironically I tend to get a lot done on Sundays. Maybe because I dont' have any expectations on the day! Somehow having no pressure makes it easier to say "yes" to doing things I need to do.
2. Sleep... The new matress we got is heavenly, I finally have started to wake up without back and hip pains, hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am just so grateful for this, I can't say it enough.
3. The Secret! By this I mean the DVD "The Secret." I have seen it a few times and today I watched Oprah (via YouTube) talking to some of the key people from that video. I am just so grateful to be able to learn from them, and grateful for YouTube, too! (BTW, we have Oprah here in the UK, though we are usually a few months behind).
So today was a day of rest and revitalization, should be a good week ;-).

Bed, Snow, Being Clear
A bit tired today, Colin was up in the night, coughing and crying because he couldn't sleep. It's ironic because we got a new bed yesterday and the matress is so cozy it is like being in a cloud! (check out http://www.harrisonbeds.co.uk/ - we got the Rapture).
1. So today I am grateful for our new bed!!!
2. Also, it has been snowing on and off for two days. It is the most snow in this section of England for 10 years (though is only a few inches)! I am grateful for the beauty of it and the stillness that it brings to our lives.
3. Today is a day which is uninterrupted by details and I love it. No pre-school to shuttle Colin off to, no one is scheduled to drop by, and the weekend is upon us. I feel clearer today, and that I can and do the things that I want to do, without a struggle. This feeling is relflected by the feeling that I get from snow: it covers up all of the nagging details of our landscape and creates something fresh and serene, a pause in the normal pace of life. Hooray for Chill-Out days!!!
